Use of Artists/Owners Content Agreement

This is an agreement between Digital Studios West, Inc. “DSW” and the Artist and/or Owner of content submitted or supplied for display on the Digital Studios West, Inc. Website.

Let it be known that DSW is a production company that supplies productions services for media content.

DSW agrees to display content from selected Directors, Cinematographers, and other Artists on its Website for the sole purpose of advertising the particular artists body of work. DSW will be showcasing the artist work on the “About US” page as images and on the “Directors” page as images and videos. The sole agreed purpose of this arrangement is to allow current and prospective clients internationally the opportunity to see work from many different directors, cinematographers, and artist alike in hopes to generate business and/or notoriety for said artist. DSW’s compensation will come from its role as acting production company between artist and client, negotiating budgets, wages, and all compensation. DSW agrees to higher as an outside contractor the artist who’s work generates the lead that creates a working production. An agreed compensation at or above US scale will be arranged as well as a contract stating any agreed royalties, and any and other compensation.

The person supplying the content for use to DSW is acting as the Artist and/or Owner of content. By supplying this content to DSW your stating that you have full rights to display this content on the DSW website and that you do not hold DSW responsible for any copyright violation your supplied or submitted content may be subject to.

DSW at your request will remove either your complete profile or any particular video. Removal of any particular piece will require you to submit in writing (email) and will take approximately 2 business days.
